Hotwire Hotel: 5* Hotwire Help identifying 3.5* disney maingate west

Hi,

 

We would realy like to book a 1 bedroom suite at Holiday Inn Club Vacations Orlando - Orange Lake Resort, in the hotwire list i did see the hotel.

And i think i found the hotel online at hotwire. In the amineties i see 1 br suite, does this mean you'll get a 1 bedroom suite ?

I'm not currently seeing any 3.5* hotel in this zone priced at ~$67USD when searching for your dates... are you searching for something other than the defaults 1room/2adults/0children?

In dollars vit is 65 dollar, but what i forgot to mention is that 1 travel with 2 adults 1 child (2years).

And what about my question about the 1 bedroom suite ?

I believe there are more amenities then what you have posted above as HOTWIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you search using the EASY VIEW TAB of our BiddingHelper.com tool.

If you repeat your search using our BiddingHelper.com tool... use the HOTWIRE EASY VIEW tab and then click the GREEN BUTTON next to this listing, do you see more amenities (including any accessible amenities) then what you have listed above?

 

HOWEVER, before moving forward, are you specifically looking for the Holiday Inn Club Vacations Orlando - Orange Lake Resort, as this property is located in HOTWIRE's Disney - Bonnet Creek zone, so wouldn't be hotel offered above as that one is in the Maingate West zone.

 

If HOTWIRE lists the room type as a 1BR suite then that is what you should receive... if you do encounter any issues at check-in (in this regard or anything else) try to resolve with the front desk clerk first, if unable then speak to a manager, if still unable to resolve then call HOTWIRE and ask them to intervene on your behalf. (you're not likely to encounter an issue, but if you do, that the recommended course of action to go 'up the chain of command')
