I have tried to bid for this car in Lihue , Kauai at $20 and $21 per day , but I am getting rejected , I have counter offers of $25. Is this the best I can expect?

The BiddingHelper.com is showing $34 for the HOTWIRE rate. The Priceline retail button is not showing anything but if I follow the link it shows $37 for Alamo. The PRICELINE bidding tab indicates past winning bids of $25.

If you're getting a $25 counter-offer and $21 was the last failed bid, you may be successful at $22-$24.
