liron
Hello, First time posting but been a reader for awhile and appreciate all the information. Trying to avoid the Trump and I do know if it shows a casino its the only absolute way. The dates are 10/13-10/16. What price in your opinion should I advise in order to win 5 Star Las Vegas strip North and not the trump? I used your BiddingHelper.com.com on a Hotwire 5* north property to determine a $101/night offering is indeed the trump which is the cheapest offering...Next strip north 5* offers are $202/night...Alternatively I do see on PRICELINE web that there is a PRICELINE EXPRESS option for $196. thank you. thereuare
Welcome to BetterBidding! If you're hoping to avoid the Trump then you should not bid on PRICELINE as there is no way to target, or avoid, a specific property when bidding. In this situation you would need to use PRICELINE EXPRESS or HOTWIRE and choose an offer that shows a Casino amenity. What is your maximum budget (per nite before fees/taxes) for this trip? Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. I just answered this for another user a few days ago... see my reply HERE. If you only want a 5* hotel and it has to be in the Strip North zone, and not be The Trump, at current rates you're likely looking in the $180-$195 area. If the South Strip zone is acceptable you're more likely looking in the $150-$175 range (less if you're willing to accept a non-Strip hotel such as the Vdara, or something that is at the southern most end of the strip... higher if you wan to target something that has a casino and/or is more centrally located) ... or maybe the Trump is acceptable and you could likely do that for about $100/nite. liron
which hotels in your opinion can i get in the Strip North zone for 185-190? Link to comment
thereuare
The Wynn for $196/nite... or the Venetian or Palazzo (your choice) for $202/nite. Or in the South Strip zone you could get the Vdara for $157/nite or the (likely) Aria for $175/nite, Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases.
