Hi - I've noticed a lot of people want to avoid the Trump Tower in Vegas. I can't seem to figure out why - the location is a bit off but TripAdvisor reviews are great.

Welcome to BetterBidding!

The 'cons' of The Trump

-no casino

-located slightly off-strip

-pool area is nice but a 'standard' rectangle hotel pool

Put The Trump Las Vegas in any other city and it would likely be a hotel that users were hoping to get (especially at PRICELINE and HOTWIRE prices)... but this isn't any other city, it's Las Vegas, and most visitors to the city prefer to be directly on the strip so they can 'hotel hop' from one casino to the next, gamble at their hotel, and depending upon time of year enjoy the luxury of multi-million dollar landscaped pool areas.

There are guests at The Trump each and every nite, so the above are not deterrents for everyone... some like that's it more quiet, reasonably priced food/restaurants across the street at the Fashion Show Mall, and attracts a different crowd.

I think The Trump represents a good value in terms of a hotel... but also realize it's not exactly what most are looking for from their Las Vegas trip.

If you need help with an upcoming trip let us know your dates, needs for the trip, and target budget (per nite before fees/taxes) and we'll advise accordingly.

Best guess for this PRICELINE EXPRESS offer would be the Aria Resort And Casino (with a very distant, and less likely, secondary guess of Nobu at Caesars)

Update: Plans have changed and now we're looking for a suite for 4 people.. doesn't look like Priceline has that option so I am going to try Hotwire. I very much appreciated your help.

If you need accommodations for 4 people why are you searching for only two... are you comfortable booking for double occupancy when you'll actually be quad occupancy?

As per the Hotwire Hotel List the first property is a match for the Vdara and the second property is a match for Jet Luxury at the Vdara, so that would be our best guess for each.

Yes - it seems like the price goes up 80+ for more than two. Two of us are willing to sleep on the floor if there's no pull out couch.

We booked #2 and it was indeed Jet Luxury. Thanks!!
