Any idea about if the $155 is indeed the Hotel Lucia? I'm leaning towards the Hotel Rose due to the price and the fact that parking is $15 there compared to the $40 the Lucia charges... if indeed it is the Lucia.

Well I didn't want to wait any longer. I went with the $134 hotel - and indeed it was Hotel Rose. I'm happy with the purchase, great price and good location, and much cheaper parking than everywhere else.
