I went through your link to HOTWIRE and bought: Wyndham San Antonio Riverwalk from 5/06/16 to 5/08/16 for $154.52 ($60 a night) including taxes and fees, I also booked another room at the same place 5/05/16-5/09/16 for $305.44 including taxes and fees, also got a rental car from Thrifty 5/05/16 to 5/09/16 for 160.55 total, for $80 (5/04/16) stayed at the Wingate by Wyndham Irving-DFW-airport, then we splurged on 5/09/16 for $105 and got the Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center. I think we saved quite a bit especially considering we got the Wyndham for $60 over a weekend.
