For the first property (3.5*), as per the Hotwire Hotel List, this matches previous reports or the Buena Vista Suites so that would be my best guess for this one.

 

Best guess for the 3 star property would be the Grande Villas Resort downgraded to the 3* level since it was last reported to the board.

 

Also, note that the stays above occur on two different dates, is this a trip where you will choose one of these dates OR do you need two nites in the area and are willing to SPLITTING YOUR PRICELINE BID and stay at two different hotels?
