The price almost seems to good for a Boutique Hotel for these dates, does anyone have any hints? Thanks in advance!

This property has not yet been reported to the board, but the Comfort Inn Central seems like a good fit and that would be my best guess for this one.

I am seeing a 2* in Downtown Denver on PRICELINE EXPRESS for $69 w/Indoor or Outdoor Pool, Pets Allowed, Free Breakfast, Free Internet, Free Parking, Fitness Center. That listing has not yet been ID'd/reported, but my guess would be the Comfort Inn Central for that. That may also be what the HOTWIRE listing is as well, but not certain and in any instance, the PRICELINE EXPRESS listing would be a couple of bucks cheaper.
