HOTWIRE has changed since I last used it, for the better. It was nice to be able to specify amenities; our kids love free breakfast, so that's a must for us. We could've gotten a random 3-star for less, I expect, but sending the children down for their own breakfast while we sleep in? Priceless.

 

The amenities list, for this hotel, is slightly different from what you have in the hotel list. And of course no amenties lists mention the manager's reception at the tiki bar! Hopefully that's on Saturdays and not just weekdays :)

Hotwire also mentioned, before booking, that this hotel typically charges a resort fee of around $10. It was nice to have that heads-up.

 

PRICELINE (not PRICELINE EXPRESS Deals or bidding) had it for $129. There was no Express Deal that matches this hotel in stars & area. We were very pleased to save an extra $17 and get the exact hotel we wanted. And of course I used the BetterBidding HOTWIRE link, y'all are the bomb! I believe there may have been more amenities than you listed in your post, which would not have been seen unless you searched using the EASY VIEW TAB of our BiddingHelper.com tool.

Can you please add a reply to this thread confirming the full list of amenities associated with this property (including any accessible amenities)... you can still view this information by going to HOTWIRE and clicking the MY ACCOUNT link near the top right of their home page.

We had a nice stay, this was a good choice for our family with kids. Our room, and practically all of them, overlook the pool. We were on the second floor. They had a brief show with a baby alligator, which the kids enjoyed. We indulged in quite a bit of free Bud and Bud Light during the one-hour happy hour :)  The room was a little dated, but the beds were very comfortable and it was clean. It had a little stove, microwave, and small fridge.

 

As for the amenities list, I was careful to copy them all down before I booked, but I see now I probably didn't include the Accessible ones, because it's not something I tend to notice. Here's what's shown on my confirmation page that I printed:

Amenities: Free breakfast, smoke-free rooms, fitness center, pool(s), restaurant(s), business center, self-service laundry, kitchenette

Accessibility: Accessible for visually impaired, accessible for hearing impaired, accessible path of travel, in-room accessibility, accessible bathroom, accessible parking, roll-in shower.
