Kenasset
I have bid up to $105 for a 4* and up to $80 for a 3 and 1/2* in areas 1,2,3,13 and 22 with no luck for July 20 through the 23rd. Obviously my bids are too low, but based on some of the successful bids I have read on this thread, I should have been successful by now. Any suggestions? Link to comment
AaronJB
Welcome to Betterbidding. Rates do vary substantially from day-to-day and seasonally. Unfortunately, $100 is not going to be enough for the core downtown areas of Boston for these dates - you're likely looking more along the lines of $200 (and higher in some zones.) Please confirm the names of the zones of interest rather than the numbers (as the numbers will change over time as PRICELINE adds, removes, and/or renames zones). Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. thereuare
Use our sister site MAPS and HOTELS.com to search for your dates, then filter the results to show only 4 star hotels... what prices are you seeing in the 'core' part of Boston that you are bidding? Now filter to only show 3.5* hotels... what is the best rate you're seeing at this star level in area(s) you're bidding? Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
