thereuare Posted April 20, 2016 Report Posted April 20, 2016 Welcome to BetterBidding! Best guess for the Strip North property would be The Trump... for the Strip South property the Vdara would be my best guess. winkie27 Posted April 20, 2016 Author Report Posted April 20, 2016 Thank you for the help. Do you think I would be able to get a better rate by bidding on Priceline for either of these areas? My plans are to book tomorrow.
AaronJB Posted April 20, 2016 Report Posted April 20, 2016 Bidding is generally slightly to moderately cheaper, but you have to be willing to accept ANY of the possible hotels at the star rating picked in the zone chosen. Many people, for example, try to avoid the Trump at the 5* level in Strip North, but there is no way to do so via bidding, so many do go with PRICELINE EXPRESS or HOTWIRE instead. Thank you for keeping us updated on what you decide. Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases.
thereuare Posted April 20, 2016 Report Posted April 20, 2016 winkie27, What are your needs for this trip? Do you need a hotel with a casino? Do you need to be directly on the strip? Have you ever been to Vegas before? Do you have any plans while in Vegas or just 'casino hop' and see the different hotels/casinos? What is your maximum budget per nite? (before taxes/fess) Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases.
