I didnt think that the Hyatt had an indoor pool - they don't advertise one on their website?  This was what was confusing me!

You're correct, i don't see an Indoor Pool mentioned on their website either, but i found THIS POST where the hotel was reported with an Indoor Pool (not sure if the post is for a different hotel, a different amenity set, or if HOTWIRE has a mistake in the available amenities)... so if you do go for this one i would focus more on the 90% recommendation from previous HOTWIRE guests, the 4.5/5.0 user review ratings across the board on all of the criteria that HOTWIRE asks users to comment on, and how much of a value a 3* hotel for $95 represents for this area on these dates... and less on the guess of the Hyatt Place.

If you are looking for the Hyatt Place, i believe it is this 3* Miami Airport hotel (confirm your dates on the landing page) with:

Pets Allowed
Business Center
Free Internet
Free Breakfast

... this is offered at $96/nite, but is actually a few dollars cheaper than the HOTWIRE offer on an all-in basis, so this PRICELINE EXPRESS would be a better way to play it anyway.
