Hotwire Hotel: Help with choosing Hotel on strip 5/12 - 5/15

Hi everyone,

 

First time forum user here. This site has some great info. I was hoping someone could help me out in figuring out which hotel is which. Below is the descriptions of each hotel I am considering. Thanks in advance for all the help!!!

 

Dates are 5/12 - 5/15

 

1) Center Strip $170 (3 star)

This was what came up when searching for 4 people to 1 room

Want to be north, south or center strip, not really picky but still close enough to the action.

As far as room. enough to sleep 4 guys with a decent size. wont be sleeping much.

price wise looking to spend about up to 220 /night preferably lower if possible but dont want to stay in something too run down. 

When looking at prices at retail , MGM, LINQ, Venetian, Palazzo, Mandala bay. Those would seem to fit the bill. Again, not too picky- good location and decent size room and would like to have a reputable casino in the hotel.

 

Hope this helps. If you already have identified any of these hotels or ones similar please share. Thanks for all the help!

I don't think most would consider Mandalay Bay to be well located, but perhaps it does work for your needs.

 

Also, try to filter the options based upon the others... in regards to the first 2, is there likely a scenario where the lower 3* at $170/nite would be a better option than the next one which is much higher rated 5* for less money and in the same zone.

 

I started to research each hotel above but when comparing to what i was seeing on my own search, many of the amenity sets were way different than what i was seeing on HOTWIRE (ie- look at the first two you have listed, are you sure the amenity set was the same for both, as that is a pretty unique amenity set for Las Vegas... there are other errors as well when i got further down the list)
