The amenities above are extremely common for NYC so can't say with any degree of certainty, the Four Points would be among the possibilities, but there could be other possibilities as well.

However, why this offer?  I'm seeing similarly rated hotels around the same price where more information is known about the property... as well as higher rated hotels with great views for just a bit more.

 

What are your needs this trip and what is your maximum budget? (per nite before taxes/fees)

The reason is most of 3.5* hotel in this area has free breakfast (thats why in looking for further information). In hotwire hotel list all 3.5* hotels have free breakfast but four point. And I prefer 3.5* with free breakfast than a 4* hotel.

 

This hotel has 95% rate. 

 

I want an OK(3* or above, clean, with bathroom) hotel in Manhattan, with the lowest price possible (including hotel fees). Free breakfast will be welcomed a bonus.

 

I`m looking for a couple weeks, and I did not find anything interesting. I`m trying to bid at Priceline also, but there is some combinations they add an hotel fee, and this rises the total cost (what I`m really looking to).

 

Priceline has a PRICELINE EXPRESS deal: 4* for 131/night (no extra hotel fees), probably Mela Hotel.

 

Do you have any suggestions? Should I wait more for a good bargain? I`m not in a hurry to book the hotel, I`m just afraid because July is vacations in USA (i`m from Brazil), and the prices could rise.

I see what i judedt a bargain and got Martha 4* Union Square - Flatiron area Boutique Hotel for 103/night.
