However, i will add that since you'll be in town for 3 nites, and you'll only be heading to the cruise pier once, better to choose a convenient location for touring the city (assuming that is what you will be doing) as opposed to trying to stay closer to the cruise terminal (as you will likely need to cab it there regardless)
