It's a 4 star hotel downtown Portland, OR $138/night

traveling May 21-24

Have you also seen this 4* Downtown Pioneer Courthouse Square hotel (confirm your dates on the landing page) for $135/nite with Pets Allowed and Business Center... best guess for this one would be the Hotel Rose if this works for your needs (and a few dollars cheaper than the one above)

So you're guess for the $135 on PRICELINE is Rose Hotel? That hotel looks nice! Thanks!

Yes, my guess for the PRICELINE EXPRESS offer linked above would be the Hotel Rose... i'm no longer seeing the same HOTWIRE offer as the one you listed above, currently i'm seeing a 4* hotel for $139/nite with (this one has 15 amenities, the one above only 12):
