thereuare
I'm not certain of any of these, but my best guess/comments for each: 4* $228 ($591.35) ==> the Eldon Suites would be my best guess for this one 4* $234 ($602.63) ==> Henley Park Hotel 3.5* $244 ($618.61) ==> no guess Not sure your budget for this trip, but for just a little more than the above is this 4 star Convention Center - US Capitol North hotel for $271/nite with: Pets Allowed, Restaurant, Free Internet, Business Center, Fitness Center, Non Smoking ==> my guess here would be the Monaco Washington DC which gets great reviews Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. runner8
Hotel Monaco would be an ideal location. I have never used Priceline before. If I name my price for a certain star rated hotel (ie: 4*) would the hotel options be listed on the Priceline hotel list or are the other potential hotels it could be? Link to comment
AaronJB
As noted at the top of the list, the lists include only what has been reported to the board. There is always the chance a new hotel could appear or a hotel could have been re-rated since last report to the board. HOTWIRE is slightly/moderately more expensive than bidding, but you can often use the information given to make an educated guess. If you bid on PRICELINE for a 4* in a zone (for example), you have to be willing to accept potentially any 4* in that zone. Please keep us updated with what you decide and let us know if you have additional questions. thereuare
The Hotel Monaco would be my best guess for the 4.5* HOTWIRE offer above (although i'm currently seeing it priced at $286/nite).
