My guess for this one would be the Hilton Minneapolis and Towers or the W Hotel Minneapolis at the Foshay.

 

I will add that there is also this 4 star Downtown hotel (confirm your dates on the landing page) for $126/nite with Pets Allowed, Restaurant, Free Internet, Fitness Center, Non Smoking... my guess here would be the Le Meridien Chambers Minneapolis which gets good reviews and is a few dollars cheaper, should this work for your needs.

I used the HOTWIRE link, and it's the Hotel Minneapolis - An Autograph Collection Hotel by Marriott. This will work fine for our trip, although we wanted to try to W Hotel. Thanks for your assistance.
