Priceline Hotel: Grand Bahama/New Providence

I'm looking at the Bahamas from 6 to 13 April (probably to take a chance with Priceline on a room for 3 for myself and two grown daughters).

Priceline are showing the Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach Resort as a package but this hotel is not in your hotel list. Also it is All Inclusive so is it possible to bid on these through Priceline. I like the idea as it looks an expensive destination.

Hotwire have "no results" for New Providence island.

Seems like the only Bahamas option for 4* resorts is Our Lucaya? Looks good though.

Any help would be appreciated.

There much overlap between the "Shop and Compare" and the "Name Your Own Price" service, but they use a different universe of properties, so you can't assume a hotel in the non-opaque service will be won using the opaque service.

You can not bid on All-Inclusive properties.

OK thanks. I thought it was simply a question (in Hotwire) of comparing the amenities of the package with the hotel to work out which hotel we're likely to get. This did work for us in LA.

Is it likely Hotwire have no New Providence/Paradise Island hotel availability for April or will they release more nearer the time?
