4.5* Rock Cntr $214 - possible Omni.

Many of these hotels do not even offer a room with two double beds.  Any suggestions?

To try and focus the search, are you looking for something in particular in terms of hotel? If two beds is a must, then I would focus on looking for listings that show bed choice and where one of the options is two beds. In NYC, two beds is often a paid upgrade. If you bid or go for a PRICELINE EXPRESS listing without two beds as a bed choice option (and selecting that as an option), there's a significant risk that you will get one bed. The other option is searching on HOTWIRE for 2 adults and 2 children - indicating 4 people in order to try and guarantee some form of bedding for the entire party (but there is no guarantee on bedding type; you may get 2 beds or 1 + sofabed or 1 + rollaway.) Some HOTWIRE listings also offer bed choice, but it's still fairly rare to see it as an option.

Yes, I see that if I need 2 beds, it has to be through Hotwire, an specifically a Hotwire listing that offers bed choice.

I found a 5* in Rock Center for $279-Bus, Fitness, Internet, Restaurant, Self Laundry, Spa

I think its the Lotte NY Palace.

I'm not currently seeing this property when searching HOTWIRE for your dates... how many rooms/adults/children are you searching for?

What exactly are your needs for this trip... are you more than double occupancy OR only two people but don't want to share a bed?  What is your maximum budget (per room before taxes/fees) for this stay?
