AaronJB
I'd take the Godfrey - very nice hotel, great location in River North and near the many restaurants in that area. The one concern about this property is that there is a bar with a retractable roof on the 4th floor. As long as you can get a room away from that given potential noise issues that creates, great hotel. As long as not on a low floor, I'd certainly stay there again - everything in River North is an easy walk, there's a nice Whole Foods a couple of blocks away and pleasant walk from Michigan Ave. Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Krazykenny
Unfortunately, I had a death in the family and missed out on this deal. We ended up changing dates to 3/31-4/3. Booked the Hampton Inn-River North for $135/nt published AAA rate. Figured that was a pretty good deal with breakfast included. I do appreciate the help and quick responses though. Link to comment
