4* North - Not yet ID'd/reported, but a guess would be that the Dream Hotel has been upgraded to 4* since last reported.

 

3.5* South When using BiddingHelper.com, then clicking on "Hotwire Easy View", I'm seeing a 3.5* in this zone w/ Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Restaurant(s), Business center, Self-service laundry, Accessible for visually impaired, Accessible for hearing impaired, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Accessible bathroom, Roll-in shower.
