Hotwire Hotel: HELP ID 2* PORTLAND Hotel(Convention Center)

Hey, new user here~

I'm trying to book a room in Portland,OR from March 20-March 22

I was looking at the convention center area and because of the low budget I may only get a 2* hotel. My need is just close to the max system and the clean room. But I looked at the 2* hotels in that area and the reviews varies. I saw a good deal in hotwire only for 56 bucks but worried about the hotel is not good. I tried to match it in the list here but cannot find one. Can you help me to identify the hotel or help me find other way to get a good deal? My budget is about 80 and can go up to 90 for 3*(maybe too hard I think). Thanks a lot!
