At that number, I felt I could bid without missing out on this good property. Otherwise I take it off the PRICELINE EXPRESS screen. Started at 39, declined added Arlington Hts with $40 accepted Great Deal, Thank you Better Bidding. As usual, I start my searches and purchases with BB links
