Best guess for the Strip North property would be Treasure Island... for the Center Strip property my guess would be Paris Las Vegas.

 

If you're not aware, do note that these are the opening weekend of March Madness (the NCAA Basketball tournament) which is big draw for Vegas and why rates you're seeing may be a bit higher then during an 'average' weekend.

Thank You, that's what what I was thinking and yeah we're stuck with a busy weekend but we are attending the Monster Jam world Finals which I can only assume is adding to the increase.

I'm sorry it's a 4* Center Strip

As per the Hotwire Hotel List this 4 star Center Strip property matches previous reports for Planet Hollywood so that would be my best guess for this one.

 

If not Treasure Island, Paris, or Planet Hollywood... what is it that you are looking for in a hotel for this trip and what is your maximum budget? (per nite before fees/taxes)

 

If budget is a concern i think Treasure Island is perfectly fine... if you're OK spending in the $200's i think Paris is the nicest property of the three.
