LC_TN
I'm considering the following Chicago hotel deals on Hotwire for a trip on April 30, 2016 - May 3, 2016. Any ideas what these hotels might be? This is my first time bidding for a hotel and I'm a bit nervous about pulling the trigger. Hotel 1: 5* Chicago, Magnificent Mile - Water Tower $246 per night (46% off $455/night) Free Internet, Business center, Fitness center, Pet friendly, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Smoke-free rooms, Tennis nearby Hotel 2: 5* Chicago, River North $273 per night (31% off $395/night) Free Internet, Business center, Fitness center, Indoor pool(s), Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Spa services Thanks for this great website. I'll make my booking through the Better Bidding link when I decide which hotel to book. Link to comment
thereuare
Welcome to BetterBidding! (and thanks for the compliments on the site ) I believe there are more amenities then what you have posted above as HOTWIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you search using the EASY VIEW TAB of our BiddingHelper.com tool. If you repeat your search using our BiddingHelper.com tool... use the HOTWIRE EASY VIEW tab and then click the GREEN BUTTON next to each of these listings, do you see more amenities (including any accessible amenities) then what you have listed above? Using this method, below is the full list of amenities i'm seeing for each: 5* Mag Mile - Water Tower Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Smoke Free, Free Internet, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Tennis, Spa, Pet Friendly --> best guess for this one would be the Park Hyatt Chcago 5* River North Restaurant, Pool, Indoor Pool, Fitness, Free Internet, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Spa --> The Langham Chicago would be my guess here Thanks for using the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board. Let us know how it goes or if we can be of further help. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
AaronJB
Both would be fine options, certainly. The Langham would be a better option location-wise in terms of being central in the city as a whole, but the Park Hyatt is right off Michigan Ave and is a short walk from a Red Line station. Let me know if you have any city questions. Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases.
