Roundsandy
Im wondering if someone can help me. My wife and i are travelling to Vegas in October (17th-22nd) and would like to stay at Venetian/Palazzo for these dates. I have identified from reading these forums which hotels are which so i dont need that advice. What i would like to know at what point should i book this, as the best i can see at the moment is just under $400. I regularly see other people posting wins for these hotels for under $200. This is around what i would like to pay. Link to comment
thereuare
There is no telling when, or even if, prices will come down... or if they continue even higher from here. I would use our sister site RefundableRates.com to find a suitable hotel to use as a backup (whether it be the Venetian/Palazzo at a rate higher than you're willing to pay... or a lower rated hotel that is more inline with your budget)... then continue to check PRICELINE EXPRESS and/or HOTWIRE for a 5* hotel that is within the amount you're willing to pay. Do note that during your stay are the following conventions: 15K attendees 10/11-10/15 12K attendees 10/15-10/18 14K attendees 10/18-10/21 10K attendees 10/18-10/20 14K attendees 10/21-10/23 Individually Las Vegas can easily handle all of these conventions with effecting rates too much, but collectively they add up to a moderate amount of extra demand for Las Vegas and can effect hotel rates. Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Keep us updated on your progress or how we can be of further help. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment

thereuare
Thank you for closing this thread with your decision. What is the rate you received from the Palazzo? When not using PRICELINE / HOTWIRE it would be appreciated if you booked thru our sister site MAPS and HOTELS.com. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
