I'm far from certain (as we don't have too much history in Dubai) but the Rixos The Palm Dubai would be my best guess for this one.

If you are interested in this property i believe this 5* Palm Jumeirah hotel (confirm your dates on the landing page) with Indoor or Outdoor Pool, Restaurant, Airport Shuttle, Free Internet, Business Center, Fitness Center is also the Rixos The Palm Dubai.  This one is priced at $189/nite but i have a little more confidence in the guess for this one than the HOTWIRE offer above.
