Priceline Hotel: 3* Austin (Downtown) Marriott

I'd like some help IDing these downtown Austin hotels.

3* (I suspect this is the Holiday Inn)

Amenities:Airport Shuttle, Restaurant(s), Pool(s), Fitness Center, Laundry Facilities

2.5*

Amenities:Complimentary Breakfast, Pool(s), High Speed Internet Access, Laundry Facilities

The funny thing is the 2.5* is $76/night compared to $61 for the star.

Whoops - I was planning for 2/10-2/14. However, I bid on Priceline and received the 3 star rated Marriott at the Capitol for $80/day.

Still I think the information might be valuable to someone else.

Sorry for the haphazardness of my posts...perhaps I need to clarify.

With the help of the "other" bidding forum :) I've been primarily trying to get a hotel in Downtown Austin via Priceline.

So, for (hopefully) completeness, let me describe how I attained my winning bid.

I first bid at the 4 star level on Priceline for the dates of stay of 2/10-2/14. I started my bid at $70, added free rebid zones until $95. All were rejected.

I then examined Hotwire and saw that there was a 3* at $61 and a 2.5* at $76 for my dates of stay. That's when I posted my (incomplete) original post here.

I then decided to bid for a 3* in Austin for the dates of stay. I started my bid at $70 and was rejected. I then added my free rebid zone and bid at $80. That bid was accepted for accommodations at the Marriott at The Capitol.

Again, sorry if I my previous posts/requests were incomplete.
