The two properties above have a 55% and 35% recommendation from previous guests, neither of which is very flattering or encouraging.  As well, i'm seeing other properties of similar star ratings, with lower prices and better reviews... what are your needs for this trip and why the interest in these two? (as there seems to be better offer than each of these)

 

If it's the 2BR feature of each, do you need more than double occupancy for this trip?  How many rooms/adults/children are you including in your search?

We have 4 kids so are needing needs for 6 of us. That's why we are looking at 2bedrooms.

I understand your 'true' occupancy needs, but you're not searching with these parameters since HOTWIRE will only search for up to quad occupancy per room... so what parameters are you including in your search?
