There is a PRICELINE EXPRESS Deal for 3* in Old Montreal - Convention Centre Area for $58 and a 3* in Montreal Downtown - Latin Quarter Area for $53, so I know I would be able to get these two deals for slightly less under bidding.

Using the PRICELINE link on Betterbidding:

 

I started out with 4* in Convention Centre for $63 (in case I could get a really good deal), rejected.

Then 3.5* in Convention Centre and added Latin Quarter and lowered to $60, rejected

Then 3* in Convention Centre and Latin Quarter and lowered to $47, rejected

Finally 3* added Festival Area and raised to $50, accepted.
