There is also $93 4 star on the same date - Free internet, Business, Fitness that is 75% recommended. Suppose to be $198. Pretty sure this is Hotel Rivington based on the regular price and Hotwire secrets revealed site.

This Wyndham has never been seen with a boutique amenity before, but my guess is that it has been added to the description for this property.

 

There is no industry definition of what constitutes a boutique property... but i have seen this property referred to as 'boutique-like'.
