Please help if you can identify this hotel. 3 star hotel in Bonita springs Florida. Travel dates are April 19-24. Price is $142 cdn per night. Amenities include:

There is no way to know. The rate can also certainly go higher, and suddenly. This is discussed in more detail in the FAQ.

I believe this 3* Bonita Srpings hotel (confirm your dates on the landing page) with Indoor or Outdoor Pool, Pets Allowed, Restaurant, Free Breakfast, Free Internet, Business Center, Fitness Center is also likely the Hyatt Place Coconut Point.  Although the price is the same this one would come out a little cheaper on an all-in basis.

 

I will add that while mentioned above that nobody can know if rates will come down, or move higher, between now and your trip, current rates for the Hyatt Place start at $150+ per nite, so this would seem like a good deal, imo.

 

As well, this property gets excellent reviews (as evidenced by the 9+ user review rating shown by PRICELINE EXPRESS), so assuming this would be a hotel that you want, there is also risk that this property disappears entirely while you're waiting (hoping) that the price goes down.  Even if the price does go down $10/nite, but this hotel is replaced by something different (and perhaps not as well reviewed), would that be a 'better' deal?
