Hotwire Hotel: Please help identify this hotel

2.5 * in Downtown Louisville or Jeffersonville, IN.  Free internet, breakfast, parking.  Amenities include business center, fitness center, pet friendly, pool(s), self service laundry and restaurant(s).  I want to make sure it's on the KY side of the river and I'm worried because it only has a 55% recommended rate.  Dates are 2/17-2/20.  Room rate is $52

We decided not to book based on the poor 55% recommendation rate.  Didn't feel like it was a risk worth taking.  (Thanks for the link back to this, forgot to close it out.)
