The 4.5* breakfast listing has not yet been ID'd/reported, but a guess would be the Kinzie with an upgraded star rating and different amenity set. Are you still seeing the other listing? Are you looking for something in particular in terms of hotel? Edited to add: the Water Tower 4.5* would be a possible match for the W Lakeshore.
