Assuming the HOTWIRE rate above is $134/nite, this 4 star Financial District hotel (confirm your dates on the landing page) for $138/nite actually comes out a little cheaper on an all-in basis on account of a lower booking fees.  This PRICELINE EXPRESS offer has amenities of Pets Allowed, Restaurant, Free Internet, Business Center, Fitness Center and my best guess would be the Le Meridien.
