alternative_kid
I want to book a trip to Cancun for 2 adults arriving on June 21, 2016 and departing on June 29, 2016 (already booked the airfare with miles). I'm trying to see if there is a pattern with regard to booking lead time for this trip. Last year I had some success booking a late June stay in Montego Bay Jamaica by booking through hotwire in March. According to the Hotwire site, June should be a lower priced month. I feel like the prices are still a bit high if I were to book right now. We would like a 4-5 star all inclusive beach front (ideally adults only). I've ruled out Priceline as I don't believe I could guarantee beach front and all inclusive. Any thoughts on the best time to book this (to maximize savings) is greatly appreciated. We've been all over the Caribbean but this will be our first visit to Cancun (we've stayed in Cozumel a couple times). Link to comment

Welcome (officially) to BetterBidding! As you've been a member here for 9+ years, i'm sorry to see that this is your first post and that you haven't share any of your previous win(s) with the board. Going forward it would be appreciated if you started to share your experiences with the board so that others can benefit from the information, just as you are hoping to benefit from those who have posted before you. As far as your trip above, what are the rates you're currently seeing? What prices do you expect to see if you wait? Are the current HOTWIRE offers for Beachfront properties and/or adult only properties? Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
