This is what amenities biddinghelper.com showed. Hotwire.com also had it listed as 95% recommended/Amazing.

Thanks for the help with the Godfrey! They actually have 2 different 4 star river north boutique hotels listed with the same exact amenities just different recommendation percentages. Any idea what the other one could be?

It would be easier to find the hotel(s) you're referencing if you told us the room rate and percentage recommendation of the 2nd property you're seeing.

I'd guess perhaps the 65% approval listing with 3.5/5 tripadvisor rating is maybe a new amenity set for the Felix.
