You have to be able to accept any 4* in the zone - because the Donovan is potentially showing on PRICELINE EXPRESS does not mean it's necessarily what may be won via bidding. So I booked through PRICELINE EXPRESS deals and got The Donovan with the amenities and price reported above. Thanks again for the help!
