I just have always wanted to stay there. I would prefer the dolphin but I don't really like double beds, swan has queens.

Are you willing to pay current retail rates for the Swan/Dolphin? (which i assume will be pricey, as will many hotels during these dates, given that this stay is over the Easter break for many public schools)
