I am trying to get a great deal on a 5* to surprise my fiancee on 12/30/15-12/31/15. 

Wanting to stay in Central Park South zone.

 

Any suggestions?

What would be your desired budget per night for this stay? At the 5* level you're probably looking at more around the $160-180 +/- level.
