Tried Name Your Own Price for 3.5-stars (and up), rejected at: 70, 80, 87, 90, 97, 107, 112, 117 Did a new search for 4-star with Downtown Phoenix added, was rejected at: 70, 80, 90, 95 Saw that there was a PRICELINE EXPRESS deal for $97, took that instead, got the Hyatt Regency (which also does not have a resort fee).
