MrCodeDude Posted December 28, 2015 Report Posted December 28, 2015 Bidding for a 4-star hotel in either Scottsdale or Downtown Phoenix.$65 in Scottsdale (countered/shown other options)$71 (added Downtown Phoenix) (rejected)$75 (added Apache Junction) ACCEPTEDEach room has a $20 resort fee which includes WiFi and parking. Searching shows that this used to be a 2.5-star motel and reviews are skeptical of the "renovations" that elevated it to 4-stars. It also appears that their standard rooms do not offer a 2-bed option. I'll update with a shortened review once the stay is completed, but I'm not too excited for this "boutique" hotel.

It's not located near anything and there's nothing resort about it. More realistic star rating would be 2.5/3-star non-resort. Ultimately would not recommend at its current star level.
