Hotwire Hotel: Need help ID 3,5* and 4* San Francisco Fisherman's Wharf Property

Hi All,

Last year I've used this website for booking two fantastic hotels in both San Francisco and Orange County.
For our upcoming trip September next year, we are again trying to use hotwire for some great deals.

We will be travelling with 4 adults to San Francisco, arriving on Labor Day (9/5) and deparing after two nights on 9/7.
To reduce costs, and since we won't be staying that much time on the room, we'd like to have one room with two queen beds.

Our budget is around 250 USD - 275 USD a night, and with this in mind, there are three options.

3,5* property
250 USD/night

My guess for this property would be the Best Western Tuscan Inn, because of the lack of a pool and the property being a Boutique hotel.
But I would really like to know your thoughts about this one.

I actually have no idea about this property. It could be several in my opinion, perhaps the Zephyr Hotel?
