Priceline Hotel: 3.5* Savannah (Savannah Historic District - Riverfront) Planters Inn

I tried a variety of times for hotels in Savannah for Feb 8-9, 2016.  My lowest bid was  #80.00 for a 3 star, which was rejected.  I wanted to be in the Historic District, so the next time I was eligible, I tried bidding for a 5 star for 96.00  then rebid by decreasing the star level, but increasing my price.   My bid for a 3.5 Star for $110.00 a night was accepted.  Hotel website indicates the rate is 149.00 per night.
