My guess for this one would be the Palazzo, which if you can't get the Venetian, is the next best thing (or just as good if not better since it's newer)... rooms at the two properties are identical and are also connected by a shopping/restaurant/bar promenade.

I don't think you can go wrong with either!

Looking to score the venetian.

Looking to score the cosmo.

What is it that you really want in a hotel for this trip and what is your maximum budget (per nite before fees/taxes)?

For the PRICELINE EXPRESS offer i'm not currently seeing this offer, as i'm seeing a 5* Strip South hotel for $127/nite, but the amenities are different:

Indoor or Outdoor Pool, Pets Allowed, Free Internet, Free Parking, Business Center, Fitness Center

Are you still seeing the previous one on your own PRICELINE EXPRESS search? Do you ultimately prefer the Cosmo over the Palazzo?
