Priceline Hotel: 5* Las Vegas (Strip North) The Palazzo Resort Hotel and Casino

Hi there,

 

First of all, thanks to this board and community for offering great hotel lists and tips. I recently got a PRICELINE EXPRESS deal to celebrate three joint birthdays (mine, my boyfriend and also one of my best friend's landmark birthday) at Palazzo 1/15/16 - 1/17/16 and Cosmo from 1/17/16 through 1/18/16. However, after booking and telling my mum of my plans, she told me my dad is flying in from London to surprise me on my birthday and now our friend that was going to go for her birthday (we were going to book an additional room) is now having health problems and may not be able to go at all. 

 

I know Price.line can be a pain with any cancellations, I'd be happy for them to issue a credit and reschedule for another weekend no problem, but from reading online I believe they are non-negotiable on this. Can anyone offer any advice?

Given that the amenities included a casino, and using Better Bidding's hotel lists, I knew it was not Trump. 

The other amenities included Free Parking, Restaurant, Indoor/Outdoor Pool, Business Center. I was not offered the room choice. The supposed rate was $239 and with express it was $144 a night. As such, I knew it was Venetian or Palazzo and not likely to be Wynn or Encore. 

 

Total with taxes and fees is $407.28.

Did you also see fitness center as an amenity?
