I'm currently only seeing the second property listed (at $258/nite) but unfortunately this has not yet been identified and i don't have any insight into this offer (but with a 4.5/5.0 TA rating i wouldn't suspect any issues in terms of quality).

Since this an extended stay you could see if this same property is offered for the first (or last) nite of your stay and then again for the balance. If so, you could purchase the solo nite in order to 'look behind the curtain'. If you're happy with the results purchase the remaining nites, if not, make alternate plans for the balance of your stay.

I will also add that i'm seeing this 5 star West Hong Kong Island hotel (confirm your dates on the landing page for $255/nite with Indoor or Outdoor Pool, Restaurant, Airport Shuttle, Free Internet, Business Center, Fitness Center... the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong would be my best guess for this property should this be of any interest.
