Restaurant, Fitness, Smoke Free, Free Internet, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Laundry, Room Accessible, Bathroom Accessible, Wheelchair Accessible, Roll-in Shower

 

If so, I'd guess the Tryp Times Square.

 

I don't see a whole lot else of interest under $150; for example, what appears to possibly be the Marcel at Gramercy is showing for $149, but the potential Tryp would seem more appealing for about $25 less per night.
