points Posted December 9, 2015 Report Share Posted December 9, 2015 Priceline currently has a promotion claiming to tell the name of the Express Deals before you book for the holidays: Yet the reality is they don't, and customer service is no help. I went ahead and booked and ended up with Hyatt Place - but this is yet another example of how horrible both Priceline & Hotwire customer service are - constantly promoting things that don't really work out, and refusing to help when they don't.
